Solana, Cardano, and Penni in one line
Penni now settles x402 payments on Base, Solana and Cardano, with a free test network for each, and plugs into WordPress, Cloudflare and your own server.
When we opened Penni, it spoke one chain: Base. Agents don't all keep their money in one place, so today Penni settles x402 payments on Base, Solana and Cardano, behind the same dashboard, the same API key and the same price per settlement.
Three chains, test and live
- Base: Circle's EURC and USDC. We pay the network fee.
- Solana: EURC and USDC on Solana. Payers need no SOL; we pay the network fee here too.
- Cardano: USDM, through the official x402 scheme for Cardano. The payer signs a complete transaction and pays the network fee in ADA.
Each chain has a free test network (Base Sepolia, Solana Devnet and Cardano Preprod), so you can try a full payment from your own browser wallet before real money moves. A site gets a receiving wallet per chain, and payments still go straight to it.
Plug and play
Penni now fits where your site already is:
- A WordPress plugin that charges AI agents for your posts while readers and search engines keep reading.
- A Cloudflare Worker that puts a paywall in front of any website or API, wherever it's hosted.
@pennipay/x402, one line of middleware for Express, Hono, Next.js, Fastify, Workers, Bun and Deno.
Around the payment
Signed webhooks tell your systems the moment you're paid, CSV exports go straight to your bookkeeping, and opt-in discovery lists your paid resources in the x402 Bazaar, so agents can find what you sell.
