Going live and credits
Switch a site to real payments, keep credits topped up and decide what happens when they run out.
- In the site's settings, set a wallet for each chain, select the mainnet tokens you want and deselect the test tokens.
- Top up credits on the Billing page, by card, iDEAL, SEPA or EURC.
- Done. Your integration picks up the new prices within a minute. The config API now reports
"mode": "live".
Credits
Live settlements are paid from prepaid credits in euro: €0.002 per successful settlement, €0.001 on Cardano. Verifications, failed attempts and test payments are free. Credits don't expire.
- Low balance: we email you, and send a
credits.lowwebhook, before you run out. - Auto top-up: save a card or SEPA mandate and choose a threshold and an amount, with a monthly limit you control.
When credits run out
Without credits Penni can't settle live payments. The site's setting When your credits run out decides what your integration does with priced paths:
